Longevity
How long does a candle burn?
About two tablespoons of Eternal Candle Light Sand™ burns for roughly fourteen hours. Larger vases with more sand simply give you more evenings between refills.
Can I reuse the sand?
Yes. Once the flame is out and everything has cooled, lift out the used wick and hardened wax, top up with fresh sand and insert a new wick.
Do I ever need a new vase?
No. Your hand-blown glass vase is made to be refilled for as long as you like. Refill bags and wick packs are sold separately.
Safety
Is it safe around kids and pets?
Our candle sand is petroleum-free and chemical-free, and the flame self-extinguishes if tipped. As with any open flame, always keep it within sight and out of reach.
Which container should I use?
Use a stable, nonflammable, heat-resistant vessel at least 3 inches in diameter, filled about two-thirds high. Never use a flammable container.
Does it smoke or drip?
Burned properly, there is no melting pool of wax and no black smoke. Keep wicks trimmed and away from drafts for the cleanest flame.

Complimentary US shipping on every order, with no minimum spend.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 3–7 business days. You will receive tracking by email once it ships.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to US addresses only.
What if something arrives damaged?
