Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from VOGUE CANDLES LLC through this website.
Eligibility
- You may request a refund for unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
- Items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect are eligible for a full refund or replacement when reported within 7 days of delivery.
Non-refundable items
- Items that have been used, including vessels with sand poured or wicks lit.
- Gift cards and free promotional gifts.
- Items returned without prior approval or more than 30 days after delivery.
How to request a refund
Email legal@voguecandles.shop with your order number and the reason for your request. We will reply within 2 business days with next steps.
Processing and timing
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
- Original shipping is free on US orders, so no shipping charge is deducted. Return shipping costs are not refunded unless the item was damaged or sent in error.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled for a full refund before they ship. Email us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it follows the returns process.
