    Lift

    Extinguish the flame and let the wax cool completely. Remove the used wick and the small disc of hardened wax.

    Top up

    Keep the loose granules and add fresh Eternal Candle Light Sand™ to a stable, heat-resistant candle vessel.

    Light

    Insert a wick following the instructions included with your bag, then light. Never leave a burning candle unattended.

How do I refill my candle?

Extinguish the flame and let the wax cool completely. Lift out the used wick and hardened wax, keep the remaining loose granules, and top up with fresh sand. Insert a wick according to the instructions included with your bag before lighting.

Which refill size should I choose?

Choose 1lb for a small top-up, 5lb for regular candlelight, or a larger available bag for several vessels. Compare the contents listed on each available bag. Sizes marked Available soon cannot be ordered yet.

Can I use a vessel I already own?

Use a stable, heat-resistant, nonflammable vessel intended for candles. Do not use wood, plastic, or fragile glass. Follow the included instructions for wick spacing and clearance from the sides. Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Are wicks included?

Yes. Each available refill bag includes natural wicks. The quantity is listed on its product card and product page.

Is US shipping included?

Yes. Every US order includes complimentary shipping, with no minimum spend. Any applicable taxes and delivery details are shown at checkout.
