Shipping & Returns

Every Vogue Candles order ships from the USA. Here is what to expect from checkout to doorstep, and how returns work.
Complimentary US shipping
Standard shipping is free on all orders within the United States, with no minimum spend.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email once it ships.
Delivery time and carriers
Most US orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days after shipping. We ship with major carriers such as USPS, UPS and FedEx. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays or weather.
International shipping
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
Damaged, lost or incorrect items
- If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email legal@voguecandles.shop within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.
- If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
Returns
- Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- To start a return, email legal@voguecandles.shop with your order number. We will reply with return instructions and the return address.
- Returned items must be unused, with no sand poured and no wick lit. Items that have been used cannot be accepted, for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Unless the item was damaged or sent in error, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We do not charge restocking fees.
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different color or size, start a return and place a new order, or email us and we will help.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued as described in our Refund Policy.
